Data Download

The HTAN Portal leverages several data repositories to provide download of data:

• Synapse - Dowload processed level 3 and level 4 data
• dbGaP - Download Level 1 & 2 sequencing data
• Imaging Data Commons (IDC) - Download imaging data in DICOM-TIFF format

Instructions for downloading from these repositories can be found directly from the Explore Page by (1) making a selection of files and clicking on the download button or (2) by going to a publication page and clicking on the download button there.
